where's a damn pirate when you need one?

Funny you should ask.

(and yes, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I should have posted this on the 6th, but the world has been a harsh mistress, and the last few days have cost me 2 pairs of pants and the back bumper from my car.)

Ah, so, right. Pirates.

Like a Treasure Found: Erotic Tales of Pirates launched September 6th. This is in ebook format only at this point, and Circlet Press is selling it for 20% off from now up to Sept 13th. It contains my story, "On Arid Seas," and six other tales, all of which are (for those who missed the title) pirate erotica.

Who's in this book? Well, if you clickied on the link, you'd see not only the table of contents, but an excerpt from my story, but I'll post it here anyway.

On Arid Seas by Bernie Mojzes
Of Great Renown by Diane Kepler
The Pirate from the Sky by Sacchi Green
The Ancient Shrine of the Double Cross by Paul Batteiger
A Shelter From All Storms by Kaysee Renee Robichaud
Daniel by Emily Moreton
The Final Voyage of the Devil’s Prow by Cèsar Sanchez Zapata

Go on, you know, deep down inside, you've been wanting pirate erotica ever since the first time you realized that Peter Pan was actually a woman in drag.

Anyway this here post isn't just to pimp the book. It's also to pimp a promotional event that's pimping the book.

Circlet Press holds what are called "author chats" on their LiveJournal community, and some anthologies host group chats. Joy Crelin, editor of Like a Treasure Found, will be hosting a group author chat over the course of three days, starting Friday, Sept 9th, and ending Sunday, Sept 11th. Different authors from the book will be posting about their stories and chatting via comments with any and all who want to chat. As tomorrow promises to be a mad frenzy, I'll likely not have much time there until Saturday, but look for me then.

For more information on the group chat, look here:
