as seen at whole foods

Both listed as 15 month old cheeses, we have "Seaside Rugged Mature English Cheddar" and "Kerrygold Kilaree Cheddar Cheese (Hand Selected)."

So, what's the difference between 15 month old English cheese and 15 month old Irish cheese?

English: "aged for up to 15 months."

Irish: "Aged minimum 15 months."

Me? I like the nice 2 year old Canadian Cheddar... No fancy label, but it's got a good bite and a great flavor.
